Four Vietnamese hotels, three in Hanoi and one in neighboring Ninh Binh Province have won honors in various categories at the 2021 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards.
1.The Peridot Grand Hotel and Spa, a five-star boutique property in Hanoi managed by AIRA Hospitality Group, was fourth in a list of 25 hotels in the “hottest new hotels” category.
Situated on Duong Thanh Street in the bustling Old Quarter, it has 105 rooms and suites, several themed restaurants and bars, an infinity swimming pool, a spa, and meeting rooms.
2.Hanoi La Siesta Diamond Hotel and Spa on Lo Su Street to the east of the Old Quarter and a short walk from Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake, was the winner in the “top rooftop hotels” category.
3.La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel and Spa on Hang Dau Street and JM Marvel Hotel & Spa on Hang Da Street, also in the capital, were third and eighth respectively in the category.
4.Tam Coc Garden boutique resort, a small hotel in Ninh Binh Province, around two hours to the east of Hanoi, finished 11th in the “picture perfect hotel” category.
The resort is near the Tam Coc – Bich Dong area, part of the Trang An Landscape Complex UNESCO heritage site, which is home to the ancient capital of Hoa Lu during the reign of the Dinh Dynasty (968-980 CE).
The Tripadvisor awards are based on millions of reviews and opinions collected by the U.S. travel website, serving as a guide for global tourists.
