This is the best way to experience the real river life, you will adventure yourself, stop anywhere you want and thus smell and touch the real mekong river life.
We’re proud to be the first company to provide a new way to experience the Mekong Delta and engage with the wonderful local residents from the vantage point of Kayaks.
Our trip begins at the old “floating market” where you will experience first-hand the impact of tourism and industrialization.
We highly recommend this activity for those who want to experience water activity.
This water activity also combine with cycling and boating will definetaly prove you a great Mekong Delta Experience.
Cycling through small villages and along canals would give you the best way to experience Mekong countryside.
Take a boat trip on mighty Mekong river to visit to Floating market. Stopping at one of local boat to meet and chat with the local get to know about the river life.
Tastaing local seasonal fruits at one of local boat is also best experience.
Visiting sites along the way to chat with the locals.
Tasting local Mekong food at local restaurant.
Activities:
Morning, Pick up at your hotel
and transfer to Mekong countryside.
Upon arrival at the Mekong river, start kayaking in the quiet canal to give you a real experience of the river life. Boat cruise to the Floating market to see daily life of the locals and their life goes by on the river.
Stopping at one of local boat to taste local fruits and it would be also great chance to chat and know about their river life.
Afternoon, cycling around villages to experience the daily life of the locals.
Keep riding along river bank and back to our bike store. Ends of wonderful Mekong outdoor activities.

We use Giant & Trek mountain bikes with all size are available at our bike store. Kids bikes are also provided. Please let us know your height on the time of tour booking and we will arrange proper bikes for you.
We do have Single and Double solid kayaks which are suitable for river exploring.
Please let us know which type of kayak you would like to upon of your booking, then we will provide suitable one for you.
We do provide healthy snacks and drink during our outdoor activities. Most of our snacks intend to buy at local shop to support local community.
We do provide light breakfast & Lunch for most of our day trip. As we want you to experience local food, therefore, most of our meal break is at super local restaurant with healthy and special local food of the area.
We focus on small group size to keep our trip quality and to make sure you all enjoy every minute of the trip.
We offer New Ford Transis which is comfortable for transportation and always available at your side in case you need to take a break during a ride.
Local leaders at Countryside Adventures who all have strong passion in outdoor activities. Deep knowledge about History, culture and local cuisine. They know well and love their country are the most important to connect and happy to share with you all about whatever topics you may want to know.
Our Local boat will fully support during kayaking activities. You can find life vest available on boat. You can relax by getting back to the boat if you feel tired.

Cycling distance: Starting from 15KM to 25KM ( 10miles to 15 miles)
Road condtions: Countryside roads, quiet villages roads.
Suitable ages: Anyone who love cycling and kayaking.
Bikes: We use MTB Trek/Giant for riding. Please provide us your heights for proper bike arrangment. We also provide baby front/back child seats and Trailer, please inquire us upon of your booking.
Meals: We can arrange vegetarian food, please let us know in advance.
What to wear & bring: Please wear comfortable clothing for outdoor activities( Short, T-shirt, sport shoes or pair of sandals are recommended)
What Local home stay offer: Local home stay offer private air – conditioned room from single to family room. Mosquite net is provided.
